The SYSOP Gold Care Pro(active) service will provide competent and preventative IT computer maintenance and support for a fixed monthly fee - from as little as £50 per month.
How it works
Preventative Engineering Visits-
Once a month an engineer will visit and perform a system health check. This will include installing service packs, performing virus checks, checking back-up integrity, checking that you have sufficient available free storage and more.
Unlimited Helpline Access-
You can call or email the Sysop help-desk any time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for fast and effective advice and support.
Immediate Guaranteed Response-
We would expect to be with you the same day (or first visit the following day for late afternoon calls) to respond to your needs. If you have a breakdown, we will (if we can) loan you replacement equipment until yours is serviceable again. Spare parts will be charged at cost only!
