Precision Poured Concrete is a Rochdale based company and our aim is to provide a prompt and reliable "one stop shop" for all of our customers requirements whether its a shed base around the back of someones house or a 40m3 pour through a concrete pump we can do it all.
About us
We run several Volumetric Concrete Dispensers. These are different to drum type mixers as the concrete is not mixed until we are on site. Each machine can produce up to 9m3 of concrete at a rate of up to 1m3 in just over 60 seconds. The main advantages of Volumetric Mixers are as follows:-
- Because the concrete is mixed on site you can never over order therefore eliminating waste.
- Slump can be adjusted as we pour.
- We have a much greater reach than a Readymix truck our placement shutes make it much easier to get the concrete where you want it.
- We offer a barrowing service.
- We offer a pumping service.
- We offer a 24/7 out of hours service with very competative rates.
We use the best quality materials to ensure we make the best possible concrete we can.We regularly test our concrete and can easily achieve a C45. We use CEM1 52.5N cement from Tarmac Buxton Lime Industries, our sand is a washed grit sand from Bardon Aggregates and we use a 14mm-6mm clean limestone that comes from a Tarmac quary in Buxton.
Our machines carry admixture tanks so we can offer Retarders, Accelerators, Air Entraining, Plasticiser and Fibres.
