Bluebird Nursery will care for your children in a friendly, warm and comfortable atmosphere. We provide exceptional high quality childcare within a caring, stimulating and educational environment. Bluebird Nursery is staffed with qualified and experienced Nursery Nurses who are kept up to date with all aspects of childcare.
Your child’s happiness, safety and all round well being is our first priority, and everyone is treated with equal respect and consideration.
The role of our staff is as follows:
- To provide activities that is appropriate to the child’s age and stage of development
- To encourage the children to have a positive self image, and good self esteem
- To encourage that all the children ask questions, to explore and investigate
- To take into account the views of the parents, carers and other members of the family
- To record and process the children's progress appropriately
Our daily programmes are structured to incorporate the use of the child's physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. A typical day in Bluebird Nursery will cover mathematics, science and nature, language, exercise and art and craft.
Safety – All doors are fitted with locks that are in compliance with fire safety. Our play area is safe, secure and well equipped and the children are kept under supervision at all times.
Bluebird Private Registered Day Nursery, has been established since 1990. The successful Nursery is located just off Rooley Moor Road, Rochdale, offers day care to children from six weeks to nine years.
The nursery offers a well equipped babyroom, tweenie room and pre-school room along with facilities for before & after school and holiday club.
We have excellent outdoor play facilities which provide an ideal opportunity to encourage children to become more aware of their environment. We have ample parking facilities and have easy access to Rochdale town centre.
Our Staff Team
We pride ourselves on our team of dedicated and highly qualified staff, who are sensitive, capable and have an experienced insight into the needs of children of all ages. We ensure that staff are deployed effectively within the nursery to meet the safety, welfare and development needs of your child. All our staff have undergone the relevant OFSTED and police checks.
