Schools answer the call

Primary Schools in the Borough have snapped up the opportunity to become ball boys and girls at Spotland.

In another new initiative aimed at attracting younger supporters to the club, a different school has been invited to take on the role of ball boys/girls on Saturday afternoon's and the response so far has been superb.

The first ball boy squad arrives on Saturday 23 February from St Mary's RC Primary in Langley and following a tour of the ground and a unique look behind the scenes on a match day, the group will take up station around the pitch.

As well as been a fantastic opportunity for the youngsters there is also a great opportunity for a local business looking for an unique sponsorship. If you'd like full details of the sponsorship package available please contact Iain Johnstone.
