Rochdale Mobile Play Teams - Summer Activities
The Mobile Play Teams will be out and about across the borough organising activities throughout the summer holidays for children and young people up to the age of 14.
All activities are Free - just turn up between 1.00pm and 4.00pm each day and join in the fun!
Younger children are welcome if accompanied by an adult at all times - staff cannot provide childcare services.
This week being hosted in;
- Broadfield Park, Rochdale
- Coronation Avnue, Heywood
- Cronkyshaw Common, Rochdale

Magic Moments At the library
If you’re looking to entertain the children this month, bring them along to your local library. Magician ‘Guy de Paul’ will be performing his new show for children at libraries across the borough. Thrilling, mind-boggling magic tricks right before your very eyes! Everyone is welcome and the free show is suitable for children aged 4 and over.
Plus, there’s still time to take up the summer reading challenge ‘Team Read’ which runs until September 13. Just visit your library four times and read 6 books and you will be a gold medal winner - just like the Olympics! Younger children can take part in the Bookstart Book Crawl scheme and collect a certificate every time they complete four visits to their library.
